- Expanded the customer base to the entire Northern region of Vietnam.

- Invested in an automatic wood drying system that meets international standards.
- Exported wooden pallets and sawn timber to the international market.
2020
- Opened another factory in Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri, Phu Tho Province.
- Established a depot in Ha Noi

- Introduced 3 pallet hiring solutions that bring many benefits to customers, such as companies in the supply chain:
- Factories deliver to warehouses and agents without having to reclaim pallets.
- Warehouses deliver to supermarkets without having to reclaim pallets.
